What if I can’t do certain exercises

When people reach out to me at CrossFit Glasshouse, these are some of the most common questions they ask.

“Levi… what if I can’t do a pull up yet?”

“What if my shoulder is still painful?”

“I have tight hamstrings and can't squat down properly”

Totally fair questions.
And honestly? Completely normal.

At our gym in Budapest, most people don’t walk in feeling “ready”.
They walk in feeling uncertain. Nervous.
A bit intimidated.


And often dealing with some kind of limitations: old injuries, tight hips, angry shoulders, or simply no experience yet.

Here’s the good news:

You can absolutely start CrossFit even if you can’t do everything.

Because you won’t be doing everything.
