Personal training at Glasshouse isn't a generic workout with a coach watching. It's a program designed for your body, your goals, and your schedule - built from scratch and adjusted as you improve.
We Start With a Real Assessment
Before your first session, your coach takes time to understand your movement history, any injuries or limitations, what you've tried before, and what you're actually working toward. No assumptions, no templates.
A Program That's Genuinely Yours
Every session is planned with intent. Whether you want to build strength, lose weight, recover from an injury, or get consistently fit for the first time - your coach builds the program around that specific outcome.
Progress That's Tracked
Your coach logs your results and adjusts the program as you get stronger. You're never repeating the same session just to fill the hour.
Accountability That Actually Works
When a coach is expecting you to show up, you show up. And when you're there, every minute is used well. It's the most reliable way to build consistency - especially in the months when motivation alone isn't enough.
Personal training at Glasshouse is a good fit if:
You're new to fitness and want to learn movements properly before joining group classes.
You've been training but hit a wall and want a coach to figure out what's missing.
You have an injury or limitation that needs specific attention and careful modification.
You want faster progress than group classes alone can give you.
You simply perform better when someone is watching your form and keeping you accountable.
Worth knowing: most of our PT clients also train in group classes. The two work well together - personal training builds your foundation and addresses specific weaknesses, group classes build the habit and the community.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
