Through my studies at the Institute for Dynamic Eating Psychology – “Mindful Eating:Reflections of Body and Soul” course, combined with over a decade of personal curiosity, experience, and mindful observation of my own body, mind, and soul, I have gained extensive knowledge that can help you address your challenges.
